The closest city in Cyrodil to Morrowind. Due to the city being so close to Morrowind, the city is most heavily influenced and populated by Dunmer. Cheydinhal is built at the feet of the Velothi Mountains. The Corbolo River runs through the heart of the city, and is neatly decorated with willows. The buildings in Cheydinhal are neatly made of stone, and garnished with spectacular designs in glass, metal, and wood.
